Usually, the resin is poured into a mould block but Modeller T has his own way of making models. He just happens to have a centrifugal type machine lying around which does wonders for model making.
The two pieces that you see in this pic fit together and resin is poured in. The centrifugal machine then does its spinning work and the result is what you saw in the previous pic.
