例えば、僕が普通に街の中の様子の写真を撮って、その写真の中に人の顔が映っているとしましょう。もし僕がその写真をアップすると、その顔の持ち主が僕を訴えることが出来る。そんなふざけた「肖像権」は芸能人が週刊誌でスクープされないために考えたもの。

この「人権」と呼ばれるものは芸能界だけではなく、日本の社会に浸透され、ブロガーなどが写真をアップする前に、例えば町の中の様子でも、顔をぼかしてからアップしている。日本のインターネットは顔のない写真ばっかりになってきていることは悲しく思います。ちなみに日本以外のサイトはこんなことやっていません。

現在のデジカムには顔を認識出来る機能も。将来的に「顔をぼかす」というオプションも設定出来るようになったりして。

そこで肖像権にうるさい人にぜひかけてほしいなのはこの目隠し用眼鏡だ。写真が撮られても目が既に週刊誌風に隠されている。価格は19アメリカドルでここで買える。

Not very different from regular sunglasses otherwise if you ask me.

It also produces unwanted attention (Which is the main problem with them... The person wearing it wants to remain discreet but ironically risks to attract people.

Everyday you go outside you get "taped" or camera shot by something or someone else, from surveillance cameras to cell phones with cameras. People with this problem have just a big paranoia and should not be considered normal.
