いろんな種類のUFOキャッチャー見てきたが、生の伊勢エビのキャッチャーを見るのは初めてだ。本当に食えるかな?誰もキャッチできなければエビはそのまま放っておかれるかな。たとえ、エビはキャッチできて、エビが死んだりして^^;

    Maybe not such a good thing to try if you find yourself hungry. ^^;

    Question time!

    1) What's the point in winning one if you can't store them afterwards?

    2) Are they fed properly? Have they been mistreated? Is the oxygen filter working well?

    3) What are animal associations doing at this time?

    4) Don't you feel dumb if you're hungry and that you can't have them cooked on the spot? (I couldn't eat 'em, personally)

    5) Don't you think it's like those "catch the goldfish with a lame net" game in traditional Japanese festivals?

    6) Would you catch one to have it as your pet?

    7) Is that amusement or animal torture?

    And that's all!

    That's so messed up it's awesome, though if they really wanted to go all out, the claws would drop the lobsters into a steamer and you'd get your little cup of melted butter to dip the lobster in. To make it even crueler, you'd also have to use the claw to get the lobster out of the steamer pot.

    Thats horrible!
    Surely those lobsters must not exactly be having the time of their lives being poked and groped by a big metal claw, and if someone succeeds - doooooom for them!

    Now i know how all those plushies at sega world must think...

    @ windbell - they do have UFO catchers for figures. In tokyo, its quite common to have big, 6-8 inch high figures in boxes you can grab. My mate won a mina figure by nudging it towards the hole - theyre impossible to actually grab! That crane has an extremely limp wrist!

    HAHA What will they think of next? Perhaps when a kid asks his/her parent for a pet they can go down to the local UFO catcher market and try and win the one they want, maybe for a pet rabbit? xD

    wow, looks difficult. I wonder how they plan to catch it without the lobster trying to run away from the claw. I had a few ufo catcher shenanigans. I seem to have a knack for it whenever I try them in the North America area, however I seem to suck everywhere else. lol Regional powers then?

    @ Tiny Red Man: Better create and sign up a protest petition or sort. Or call Sonic the Hedgehog, even if I don't like him.
    Playing the Sub Marine Catcher (And not Marine Catcher, Mr. Choo!) to free them would mean feeding the system! Xd

    Ooo, we have that lobster UFO game here, ya some of the lobsters did die in the tank. But it was a pretty interesting concept and people who did win had their pics taken with their prize and had it displayed on the tank to show that you can actually win. But some of the lobsters didn't exactly look "fresh" when I passed by though
