    Definitely looking good on the iPhone! Loads with very nice speed over 3G/HSDPA 7.2. As rmwb mentioned above, seems some YouTube content comes through with the Flash-based stream; anyway to have Gaia serve up the h.264 stream (if they're available)? Are you planning on implementing user login on the mobile version for posting from the site directly? Did see a noticeable delay when rotating from portrait to landscape, but that could be the iPhone reprocessing the content.

    Yet another reason for me to want an iPhone.

    Too bad everything that's tech related gets a ridiculously high price tag here in Israel. The 8GB iPhone 3GS is priced at approx $260, 32GB at $445. Heck, even PS3 is still being sold at launch price - $495. Not to mention that it used to be much higher before Sony cut down the price.

    So great.

    This is cool :)

    Though personally I think the gray text for content would be easier to read if the background Mirai image was just a little lighter. The very few shadows of the Mirai background blends with small bits of the text and hides it :x

    I can still read it just fine, but out of personal choice, I would prefer a slightly lighter background to make the text even easier to read.

    Perhaps now that you have Mirai Gaia automagically creating 'mobile' versions of all uploaded images you can now have those pushed to the RSS feed instead of the full sized images, so readers like GoogleReader don't carp out halfway through your image heavy posts?

    Danny, I just tried to access it via my iPod touch, but I need to enter the exact address you posted to access the iPhone version of your web. Is there a way to make your homepage http://www.dannychoo.com detect it is being accessed y an iPhone/iPod Touch so it can load that version of your website instead? I think it would be helpful specially for people who come to your web by a search engine.

    The layout is great btw.

    Can't afford a iPhone. I believe it will cost me too much. I've got the HTC Hero with Android OS. The iPhone/iPod Touch version of Danny Choos website works perfectly in my HTC Hero Web Browser :D. My HTC hero also has flash so I can browse websites with flash. Love the HTC Hero don't think I will ever get the iPhone. Maybe the iPod touch.

    Great idea! I was hoping for a standalone app, but this isn't bad! Sadly there's no way to add comments through it, but that may be in the works (hope hope ><) I may recommend black text, because it's difficult to read the text in front of the faded mirai dakimakura image at the top of the page ^^;

    Hoping for a similar design for figure.fm? ;)

    Just a suggestion, instead of just catering to the iphone, maybe you can set it as m.dannychoo.com or mobile.dannychoo.com? Most websites do variants of this instead of xxx.com/iphone. I supposed what ever works for the iphone loading/resolution will work great for other mobile devices as well

      Yeah, it works on all phones that support HTML(it is full HTML, right? Idk..) so some people (idiots) might believe that naming it "/iphone" means it only works on the iphone. Also...Dannychoo app? Maybe...? For all phones...? I'D FUND IT.

    Another thing, maybe a warning that the website is data-intensive at the beginning? I supposed most mobile users will be on mobile wi-fi or limited wi-fi and the photos aren't exactly light on the bytes. If someone go in accidentally, they might bust their monthly cap without even knowing it
