    1. PA system with powerful micro speakers for voice/music

    3. Wrist mount for iPhone with touch gloves
    4. Fiber optic head mounted camera

Does the design still have to resemble Stormtrooper element? Like Samurai Trooper & Elvis Trooper? Or can be renovate completely?

Looking very good while being practical is possible yet difficult, I'd wore Ironman, Transformers, Gundam, Clone Trooper, Red Royal Guard, Darth Vader, Stormtrooper & several kick-ass armor costumes in my line of business, but none are being practical while being cool at the same time. As long as it involve a helmet, we can't really see what's below our nose without bending our head.

Being a Dance Trooper myself, I understand what's the limitation on the Stormtrooper armor, unlike Danny's armor which had done some modification to improve the mobility.

My last meeting with Movie Mania few months ago, we were brainstorming on creating our own original Stormtrooper design inspired from various movies & cultures, e.g. Micheal Jackson Trooper based on my dance on Thriller, Samurai Trooper from Japan culture, Elvis Trooper from US etc etc~~~

Would love to help, but...... *sigh*

wouldn't any armour pose movement restrictions? dont have any armour, but general thought i'm having is armours are meant for the fighting stuff, not mobility. For mobility and such you will have to make something hybrid like a ninja outfit retrofitted with a hand, leg and back armours.

Sounds like a good idea. That way there are no issues with copyright if you produce merchandise.

Should be something iconic though. Something someone can just look and say "that's Dannychoo" and not is he cosplaying something or just dressing like a ninja. The "D" icon should be visible on the shoulders (or somewhere) like your mascots in my opinion.

Completely agree with the covering for your eyes. Visor, Helmet, or other means. Being "4 eyed" myself, it kind of takes away the coolness of the costume. Couldn't cosplay a Jedi for example, had to stick with a trooper.

Wonder if you should go with a cape as well. XD

Looking forward to what all everyone comes up with. ^_^

I once dressed up as a ninja at work during a Halloween day thing. While I have a ninja style sword, I felt like it might scare people "the wrong way" and so I left it at home. Instead, I got some thin plywood and some black and chrome paint and fashioned HUGE blunted scissors to "run around" with. (I wanted to be dangerous and what would be more dangerous than running with scissors?)

Well, I still managed to frighten a few people "the wrong way" but it couldn't be helped... turns out the costume was just too convincing.
