is it a yakuza maid cafe? all the maids scare me with their loks and swords.

I so have to go there on my trip coming up at the end of the year, i wonder if i can take in my swords and compare with theirs :P

I'd really like to go. I've always admired the design of japanese armor and the history, plus hitting two birds with one stone is good under my books.

What will happen if I enter the cafe donning Shin Mushaa Gundam's armour pieces? XD

Prefer normal meido cafes but if they're crowded[as usual] I won't mind trying Sengoku meido cafe ^^;

Normal maid cafe for me too... I'm actually planning to open one here in our area... I just don't know how well the culture here would accept it...

Not a bad concept... but the pink armor and what look like small toy swords or wakizashis at best are kind of a joke. It could have been done better so for now, I think normal maid cafe wins but with it becoming so common, unique variations like this isn't bad. It just needs to be refined in order to be a winner!

I don't know... wouldn't mind seeing some of the variations of maid cafes, but not exactly a big fan of Sengoku armor. ^_^;

i am sooo gonna go to one when i finally get to go to japan, kinda wish they lose the maid hat and get something like a headband or helmet though

ahh it just doesn't seem to match... maid + sengoku... The props are nice... but the maids carrying the wakizashi and armor looks crappy...

They should make a cafe where ninja/samurai girls serve you... That would be awesome!

For a minute there I was expecting to see Date Masamune or Sanada Yukimura or even Shingen serve some Bento set or something. Lol! Got caught off guard at the mere mention of "Sengoku"

I would probably choose the sengoku maid cafe, but I think it would be even cooler if it was just a samurai-girl cafe. :D

Being unique isn't necessarily good. I think this was not such a good idea, at least it doesn't appeal to me (and many others by the poll).

Just samurai girl or even school girl with swords is better than this anachronistic and somewhat jarring sengoku maid thing.

Both for me. As I went to a @Home maid cafe in Akiba last year I would like to try this one since I love Japanese history and feudal Japan. Nippon banzai!!

I would visit it just to check it out in person, but I think it is kind of counter productive. A maid outfit is meant to be cute/sexy, but samurai armour is not. *shrug* Just my opinion on the subject, could be wrong though. =]

lols must remember to go there when I go Tokyo next year, have written it on my list of things to see!!!

I really wouldn't care which one it is as long as it isn't the tsundere cafe. That one looked like it sucked. I think it comes down to whichever had better food.

Still haven't been to a maid cafe. But if I ever did go to one, I wouldn't mind this one. Especially if they serve non-Japanese speaking foreigners.

a sengoku Maid cafe would be awesome the reason is because I enjoyed Japanese History and Maids at the same time .
