Not a bad concept... but the pink armor and what look like small toy swords or wakizashis at best are kind of a joke. It could have been done better so for now, I think normal maid cafe wins but with it becoming so common, unique variations like this isn't bad. It just needs to be refined in order to be a winner!

I would visit it just to check it out in person, but I think it is kind of counter productive. A maid outfit is meant to be cute/sexy, but samurai armour is not. *shrug* Just my opinion on the subject, could be wrong though. =]

I really wouldn't care which one it is as long as it isn't the tsundere cafe. That one looked like it sucked. I think it comes down to whichever had better food.

a sengoku Maid cafe would be awesome the reason is because I enjoyed Japanese History and Maids at the same time .

I've researching on samurais for quite sometime now and eager to learn Kendo one day . A perfect place to hang out in Japan

This sounds like an idea that went into the past and came out...as a Saturday Night Live sketch.

    And now...SAMURAI MAIDO KAFE!!!

...the first shot you see is John Belushi in a maid costume, topknot, and of course, his trusty swords.

This link will probably not work for anyone other than USians but I figured I'd better give a link for those who don't know what I'm talking about...
