Another impressive room, saw quite a few really awesome otaku rooms. Loved seeing so many otaku havens from all over the world filled with passionate people of such diverse walks of life and nationalities. ^^

See that Fumoffu is also a Star Wars fan, cool. Saw the Hasbro Star Wars Unleashed series Boba Fett figure one one of the shelves (see Grievous and others too). Used to have many Hasbro Star Wars Unleashed figures but sold them all.

Hey Danny, check out this New York Times Article. They did an article about "2D LOVE" and specifically one man's obsession with his dakimakura "Nemu-tan" http://www.nytimes.com/2009/07/26/magazine/26FOB-2DLove-t.html?_r=1&pagewanted=all The article is pretty disparaging. And it only gets worse when you read the comments.

  Good article and many of the readers have made good points such as in the characters generally being drawn to resemble children which allot of the characters are drawn that way. I think that with the articles subject that he used the pillow to redirect his feelings for his girlfriend to the pillow, basically a rebound instead of going through the process of healing separation. There does come a point where you have to ask yourself if you've went beyond socially acceptable and mentally healthy and even the subject eluded to this several times that he knows is not normal but he does not address it much like someone with an addictive personality knows that their addiction is wrong but continues with it anyways.

Nice collection! I'd KILL for that Yoko poster in the first pic.

*Unhappy sigh* Too bad it's practically impossible to find any "sexy" dakimakura of male characters. All the dakimakura I've seen of male characters show them either angry, disinterested, or attacking. Who wants to snuggle an angry or disinterested character... especially one that's in a fighting pose?!

    If you're referring to the one Dancing Queen has, I don't think that's an official one. It's one she had custom made from a fanart picture (although the design is open for anyone else to buy as far as I know). I mean in terms of official dakimakura.
