Not as many people as I had originally anticipated... I would've thought it would be packed more just like at Comiket.
Looks like a great event to participate in, If I get the chance to go to Japan next year, it's gotta be around the time when Wonfes is open. Plus all those other events too.

lol I have trouble spotting females in those 3 photos.. Only spotted 3 -_-

      Was nice meeting you Rin.

I am still doing my writeup at the moment. Currently don't have much internet access so thats holding things up a bit.

I'll do mine in both languages, but probably English first, then Japanese.

Danny, did one of the GSC helpers pass you my otaku name card to you?
I asked one of them to pass on the card to you as they seemed to know you.

I'm very dissapointed about the news of this WFS2009 because I was hoping for better figures and, of course, surprises too but there were just a few figures worth of my taste.
I hope better works in the next festivals of this year.

Same. Only figures of anime that are in hype, not continuation of some series and still figures that were shown last year that dropped off the earth. I guess it's all about popularity.

Brings back memories of the one I went to - Winter 2005! As we approached Big Sight on the train we could see the queue stretching back as far as the station we'd just passed! When we finally got to the back of the queue it was probably about a quarter of a mile long and three or four deep! When it started to move it was in blocks of people. Needless to say those in front of us had snapped up all the really good stuff - "sold out" placards everywhere!

always buggers me when I see these kind of festivals and I always wonder why we can´t have something like there in Sweden?

And that are close by so I could attend to it. Seems wonderful and fun to attend to and lots of goodies to get your hands on.
