The video is only supported if your browser can support open video...which means you basically have to install Firefox 3.5, I think. ^^; Don't remember whether there's support for it in the other browsers, though.

if all of them follow HTML 5 of course, but I doubt Adobe or M$ will let that happen.
FF3.5 work fine with OGG video format, but what will happen with other video formats? ;P
Troubles ahead, also these are the first hours after the launch. Some ugly problems will arise. =(

    I noticed :) Very nice.

Curious as to why you don't use Safari. I prefer it by a wide margin, but I suppose you'd miss all your extensions. I barely use any – it's worth checking out the Safari Web Inspector. Best web developer / designer toolkit out there. Plus, Safari 4 supports even more HTML 5 niceness and it's blazing.

I use FF mostly for dev. since I'm use to using the extensions for FF. I think it maybe similar for Danny. I agree with you on Safari. I started using the nightly earlier in the month and really like Web Inspector. It feels a lot like Firebug to me.

      Did you try this...
I checked and the config file appears to be the same as older versions.

Type about:config in the adress bar
Click ok when the warning appears
      Look for this line gfx.color_management.enabled
Double click on it to change the value from false to true
Restart firefox without changing or touching anything else

Well, it seems to be not supporting ICC profiles v.4 Not sure if it's working as intended, a regression for sake of speed, or a bug.

            http://www.color.org/version4html.xalter

            A damn pity. Now when other Firefox 3.5 users view my photographs with messed up colors, washed-out, over-saturated, or darkened... They would blame me, the photographer, rather than blaming Mozilla's web browser. -____-;

As with web dev. I don't think you can expect the majority of users to be compliant at the current standards. Most likely they don't even care... ^^; Just like with web dev. they will blame the developer and not the browser. However, I understand where you are coming from. I have heard the same complains in the past in regards to my photos. Most photographers here it often. It is something you have to live with... ^^

Quirks in color management and FF are something I don't think will change anytime soon. FF on my Macs are at ICC v2. All the webkit browsers -Safari, Chrome, etc- are at ICC v4. ^o^

Alright FF3.5, after two months you have bought me back to the FF bandwagon, although I probably will still continue my love affair with safari. The beta of Chromium is really looking nice as well. Argh, well I at least need them all for my normal testing cycle anyways.

    Eh? Where'd my comment go?

damn babies... why'd they have to use a typically cute baby for the final one... such an obvious thing to do... Like the baby clips in You've Been Framed with cute music played over the top.... blarg...

Now all I gotta do is find out why the hell FF won't work for me anymore. Tried to install this new one, still won't open. :sigh:

hmmm, these version is carrying many problems.
In linux there's slow startup or amnesia in applications used to open downloaded files (the two I heard about).
A golden rule, don't be an early adopter, take your time.
Does Danny-san really needs so many Add-ons? Are all of them compatible with FF3.5
I left TabMixPlus long ago, FF can manage tabs fairly well.

The only reason I haven't upgraded yet is because of the Tab-Mix Plus extension... doesn't appear to be supported by 3.5 and I rely on it too much to not have it u_u. Am looking at alternative plugins though [maybe 2 plugins to do the job instead of just one]

Danny, Tab-Mix Plus might be the reason for any problems with FF you might have atm.
I'm looking at replacing it with https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5447 & https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2324 once I've saved all the sessions I have stored on TMP

!!! Just installed Firefox 3.5 but now my theme isn't compatible anymore! If you have a custom Firefox theme installed, I'd say wait a bit with installing 3.5 unless you don't mind the default. ._.

I read the review from PC.COM and it seems that browsers are heading towards this new direction. So i've been a Firefox user for quite some time now (4-5years) and had a few disappointments recently. Well anyway i'm always willing to try new or updated software coz in todays techno savvy world it's more of "upgrade" or be left behind in the dust........:P..... hopefully this will turn out ok.

...am I the only person who Firefox (all versiosn) seem to just HATE when it comes to filling out forms online? Firefox 3.5 hung up and died 3 times earlier before I finally was able to register onto DannyChoo.com as myself.

...considering that I've been trying to get onto DannyChoo since last year and always used Firefox, that's...not very positive...
