Actually watching this video gives me thoughts opposite from Jotham's. It reminds me of the days when I was a kid looking out the window, just watching the world go by, instead of getting caught up in all the demands of modern adult life.

I see all these trains, cars and people rushing to go places, but I'm really glad that I am the observer and not them. Anyone feel the same way?

Why do some people disable embedding on their Youtube video?
Is there a simple reason for that? I don't really get it.
Especially now when you can add info right into the video, so it can't be because they want you to read the info on the webpage, right?

I could somewhat understand disabling comments and making videos private obviously makes sense.

Always been fascinated with time lapse videos, and in addition to the question from Veeediot...

My take is and correct me if I am wrong ~

Is that the difference in colours and styles of the street-cars are related to the particular area that they travel to and from and are for such to make them easier to distinguish?

It's a nice place to be...it's not as hectic as Tokyo. i've been there once before for company training and the sights and sounds you take in are amazing. i got somewhat mixed feelings after visiting the A-Bomb memorial site and museum.

To think about what they did to most of Asia during the war and what they got after the war was over.(if you have watched studio Ghibli's Grave of the fireflies before, then going through the museum will really gut you out.!_).

Miyajima on the other hand is a really cool island. It's listed as one of the world's heritage sites if i'm not mistaken, and one of Japan's oldest shrines is located there too. My advice to ppl going to Miyajima for a visit would be watch out for the little "black Skittles" all over the place....ehhehehee:P

hmm..i need to upload those pics i have on my blog one of these days.heheehehhehe
