haha nice vid, couldn't help but notice that kyon was missing and instead a there was a girl, wonder if it was kyonko ^0^. Can't help but realize that i'm falling in love with dollfies, especially rin that i saw a couple of days ago, regrettably my wallet wouldn't survive an attack like that ^^;; I guess adopting musume is expensive...

danny, your observation is good regarding obistu bodies and I like the fact the knees dont show its hollowness when bent :)

though I agree I prefer DD heads over Obitsu...but I think they do sell heads with eyeholes to put in acrylic eyes...and it uses a different system that doesnt require putty ^^;

the nagato looks sweet though her eyes give me an impression it's haruhi's though :)

Hmm, i think i prefer the DD ones... but the Azone one looks *really good* too. I already have the 1/6 Azone Yuki, but this one looks so much better- very much want.

As an aside, I think the Azone ones are a lot easier to get a hold of. That may count for something.

Definately cool little vid there.. sad no Kyon.. but that happens. The Yuki Doll.. isn't bad, but the printed on eyes.. I think are a detraction then a good thing.

DD's still look way better than Azone's.

Azone or Dream, they are still lovely Dollfies to own. It wouldn't really mattered if I had to make a choice.

I definitely prefer the DDs. They have so much more depth to them somehow, and some of Azone's painted eyes just look off. Yuki's the exception, not the rule.

Hmm, I think I still prefer the DD over the Azone. The painted eyes just don't have the same beauty that really makes a DD stand out more. Honestly though, I would take either in a heartbeat if I got the chance. :P

After visiting Obitsu's site, I find the degree of articulation to be good or better than the average "DD" dollfie. If you're inclined to give her up for adoption, I'd be happy to provide her a home, figure deprived as I am... ( just hope she can put up with desert heat, she might be subject to some pics... )

If it was really 154 cm, I would get it in an instant. That'd be as tall as my sister.
Anyway, 50 cm is still great. I really should save up for one.

While I do like the obitsu body for it's superior posability, I think I still prefer DD for their varieties of cute heads and the nicer looking curves of the body.

It's not really the painted eyes that bothers me on the Azone Yuki head, it's just the head itself. But I'm kind of biased since I prefer happy smiling doll heads (this Yuki just looks too serious or depressed imo but I think that's because it's her character in the anime? I haven't seen the anime yet so I don't really know hehe) Azone has released much cuter heads, but some of their heads I just don't like at all the way they painted it.

This Yuki seems to look better than the average Azone dolls, I have seen. However, my opinion is bias now since I have adopted DDDy Escalayer. I would be interested to see a side by side comparison of the same doll though.

I can't really tell the difference between the two except for the hair (which varies between dolls anyway), which I don't like.

Poseability and appearance is a compromise. In my opinion, the joints on a Dollfie look better.

DD or Azone? Why don't we just get both of them for crying out loud, at least we don't have to stick to one category hahaha!!! The more the merrier :-) hahaha!!! The difference between the two is the specs of each item am i right?

私は1/6ドールを作ってます。オボツボディとボークスとなら、1/6についてはオボツボディの方がよくできてますね。関節がしっかりしているし、また、オボツボディはネジアナが表面に出てないので露出の多い服の場合にはオビツボディの方がきれいです。
