    (>^^)> Sweet. Puchi Blurb hi-jack!

Hmmm....I can only say that Hinako is cute and rather fit. You would think the size of her bust would be troublesome during exercise especially since she's not wearing a sports bra, but she can execute pushups, squats, and sit-ups with ease. Go Hinako! I'll just watch...

The ending credits featuring some sort of super hero crew featuring Hinako and some other girls was a bit entertaining. I'd probably watch that if they made it into an anime and improved the animation.

Nope, in fact from 5th grade all the way to 22 years old I exercised constantly -setups, leg lifts, curling, bench pressing, push ups, and, I think that is what lead to my lower back problem which has me walking siting and standing in pain. It was using the old setup method the whole time which she also does here. The commenters at Sankakucomplex talked about that as well.

The idea is really good, fix those few problems and make her even more supportive like the wife we never had with praise and possibly add a English menu to the dvds, leave it in Japanese voices then sell it to us as well. I will buy one. Encouragement in any form can help greatly getting past the I QUIT syndrome of exercise.

    She really is cute.

Define "Regularly".... in fact, define "Exercise" too...

I don't think I've ever gone out to exercise with the express intent of getting fit. However I used to play football (soccer) and go mountain biking regularly... rowed for a bit too, but that didn't last long (waaaay too early in the morning).

These days most of my exercise comes from walking just about everywhere... "walking distance" is defined as anything I can get to in under an hour and a half at a fast walk. My job is also pretty physical.

I liked the sit-ups best. When I was in Korea working with KARI, the Japanese channel NHK had an exercise video on every night. It was American twins - one would do the exercises and one would describe them - with a horrid American accent. I was embarrassed for the US because of the accent. But, hey, if the Japanese want to watch twin blondes doing exercises, I guess the accents aren't a factor.

    I need to exercise more.. And I only watched Hinako for fun. Well it was boing boing and all, but some parts reminded me of Dora The Explorer.. Y'know, how the tv/monitor talks to you and replies herself. ^^;

But the boing boing feature is really superior.

So does it help me exercise? Uhh I need a nice private n cozy room with a tv... Doing push-ups and sit-ups in the living room in front of the comp looks really weird -_- I think I can do them without Hinako, but its kinda like a bonus for fun. Wrist you say? I guess one can use this DVD in 2 ways - exercise and healthcare.

I spend 4-5 Days a week at the gym hitting the weights and have for about 4-5 years. Before that I was into martial arts since i was like 7-8 yrs old. ^^ I'm doomed to be a muscle monster rather than a bishie. Ho ho ho.

Seriously though. I feel that I can enjoy Anime, manga and whatnot even more after I've got whatever pent up aggression, energy or whatever out of my system at the gym. It's great! Nothing beats almost toppling over into the sofa when your body feels mangled and just firing up som K-on or something. ^^

Anime training vids is kinda meh imho. But if it gets someone to start working out, I'm all for it.

Well, here's the whole thing. I only skipped through parts, thinking it's probably one of those fitness training videos for otakus. How wrong I was, when I saw Hinako stretching in not just her gym clothes, but also in her lingerie and PE bloomers.

And then there's sessions where they show nothing but her bouncing her eyes. (Yes, you can hear the bounce!).

And finally, there's no music and counting, just Hinako breathing heavily. I was multi-tasking surfing multiple websites during, so without watching the video directly, it's easy to misunderstand what's really going on. lol

Exercise at home ? Nah I prefer exercise outdoor especially riding my 5 years old bicycle around the town.
I used to be riding my bicycle to college which is located next door & mostly end of the afternoon class I will be riding to the town as exercise.

I use to exercise every other day, lost over 70 pounds due to it but I got lazy after a while and stop. Really need to do that again, I liked being thin.
