It reminds me of someone I knew that cosplayed in something that looked similar to that Pikachu costume back at AX, he ended up getting kicked out for wearing it.

These two guys in the video are "I Love U Boyz" - a Hong Kong duo that does a lot of gags and parodies. While a lot of people find them funny, I personally couldn't laugh much of their performances.

OMFG! I just saw something almost exactly like this in REAL LIFE earlier today! It was a really buff guy wearing tight leather pants, shirtless, and wearing a bulbous, black Hello Kitty headgear thingy! The strangest thing was that the guy was in a store in the mall as part of a campaign to advertise make-up! I wish I'd had my camera with me. =^_^=
