congrats Danny!
BTW, are you using your lappy on writing this article Danny? If so, then, that means that your lappy's problem wasn't really that big?
BTW2, Nice pics as usual.

If I remember correctly, he bought an Air Book recently. So it wouldn't surprise me if he had both of them along on the trip and just couldn't use the Air Book for the conference since all his info was on the other? This is my guess, anyway.
Danny-san, you looked great in the conference pictures. The posture and gesturing looked exceptionally relaxed and normal, so as long as you didn't throw up right on the stage, I bet you did just fine.

The Air Book was for Hector though. But Hector is/was in Hamburg with Danny, so the chances are big that Danny did hijack poor Hectors Air Book for posting. Well ... you could also use a iPod touch for posting text, but uploading pictures... nope not really. ^^v

Hamburg looks really nice, nice sky wide spaces... I'm so ENVIOUS! Singapore's just too godd@mned small!
ひきこもり/Hikikomori. Suits my current state more than a 大学生/University Student. ^^
But that's why it's quick to travel to anywhere within Singapore, no? ^^

Nice Pics, which reminds me *looks out of the window* it´s sunny weather! Congratulations, you really found someone Cosplaying (yeah the red witch) in Germany - btw: it´s advertisement for a theme park. Enjoy your time in here!

I don't live in Germany but I live really close to it :) Love to go there as it's almost the same as my own country, especially the parts near the border. The people are very friendly and everything is well-organised :) Stay away from the weisswurst though!

You won't find that many weißwursts north of the weißwurstäquator (= white sausage equator) ;) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weißwurstäquator

Nice pics, Haruhi with shrooms... hmm!
I have only been a few times to Hamburg, once for a Go Tournament (Mausefalle / Micetrap) and a few times work related, beh. ^^
Never got to enjoy the city for real, i didn't think Hamburg would have that kind of nice places... there now it takes someone from Japan to show me a german town... *headdesk*
Thanks. ;)

You said it!
I always wanted to go to Hamburg once at least but never had the time to do so and it's so far away from Schweinfurt where I live^^

Lol, i once passed by Schweinfurt once on the Autobahn. ^^v Made me remember Katzenfurt... funny names somehow. =)
I don't remember where i was headed though mhhh... somewere south maybe... if you drive a lot because of work you tend to forget or mix up things sooner or later, at least me. ^^;
Student ( Electrical Engineering )
ROFL, thats also just like me! I will forget or mix up a lot of things in an instant if I don't pay attention.^^
But I do remember that I was in Cologne last year but only for a short time because I went to the German Table Tennis Centre in Duesseldorf. Nice city though. ;-)

Wow! It look nice and sunny over there. Everything seems to have an historic look to it. Very un-Tokyo. Bring on the Germany post; it's a nice change of pace. More importantly enjoy the rest of your trip Danny.

Wow. More than 50% have been there? Are you guys rich or what? I wish I can travel but it's prohibitively expensive. The budget-hit would literally kill me.

congratulations Danny, time for some well deserved relaxation. btw just wondering, what are you using to post since you don't have your macbook anymore? certainly not the ipod touch? ^^;
I noticed that the Iron Man poster there in Germany includes Tony Stark's car. ^^;

Hamburg looks great! It's quite different from other cities I've been so far, like how traditional buildings are preserved but they still look they belong to their places in this modern era. From all cities I have been so far, Sydney and Singapore are perhaps the closest to Hamburg, but only in terms of the neat organization of the city.
Didn't get the chance to see traditional buildings in Sydney and Singapore. ^^

there are traditional buildings in sydney. isn't town hall one ^^? used to live there myself. but yeah, sydney is pretty organised. roads in the city are all grid structured. you can never get lost.

I lived in Germany for a little over a year and hope to be able to vist again someday. I don't remember any of my time there however as during my time there I was aged 0-15 months. Yep I was born in what was West Germany. My dad was in the army and was stationed there, in the town of Bad Kreuznach. So it is always fun when I have to deal with the goverment as my Birth Certificate is Germany but I am a US citizen.
