Ummm... To be honest, I'd say that Ringo is not my type of figure at all. And what the hell is with the fifth picture?! Reminds me of Faust from Guilty Gear in that mode.
She would be a must get if she didn't have such... minimalistic clothes (can they even be called clothes at this point?).
Haruka is my favorite of the bunch, enough said. Expect insane leaning with time though.
And Miina, I don't even want to talk about her. She gets a complete fail ranking on my charts (and a WTF special mention as well).

Haruka Takamori is adorable and a must have for me(even though I know nothing about the series). But im a little concerned about her leaning with that pose.

Ringo's outfit is from a scene in Air Gear where she was supposed to go an help Ikki's team in a battle and had to change into her costume which was actually just a school swimsuit, top hat and mask similar to that guy in Sailor Moon but Simca switched her bag with another one which contained bondage stuff. So she ended up joining the battle wearing that and wearing the bag over her head to hide her identity.

Hilarious and hot!

air gear is a nice anime packed with action and cool moves...i know alot of ppl prefer the manga..but i get headaches reading the complicated drawing of the manga
but as for ringo-san, i actually prefer simca-san from airgear..this has always been on my dreamlist but too expensive to swallow

as for beat blade's haruka, i am familiar with the anime..but do admit the figure is very nice and has a good pose as well...just worried if the figure might bend??? (couldn't locate your article that talks about bended figures)

then finally, mina-san is always a favourite...though not sure will get this one from alter...still very much prefer the one densha has on his desk. does anyone know if its still possible to buy that one?

Getsumen Heiki Miina was on the watch list but I couldn't find subs past 8 and haven't heard anything on a license so I'm kinda bummed about that as it was pretty funny.

If I had the spare coinage I'd definately be getting Ringo.

Ive had my eyes on that Ringo figure for ages now - ever since it was first at WF i believe. It looks fantastic, though it may be slightly too risque for my collection. Awesome figure though. Im just starting to read the air gear manga now.

By the way - whats with the site? Its all over the shop! Sections are displaying in wierd areas, and some article text is in a poo looking font...

Ringo looks quite nice but I don't know a thing about the anime and she's a bit too ecchi for placing her in my room. So I guess I'll pass, don't have much money right now anyway.

Haruka might warrant further punishment of my already-wafer-thin wallet. Maybe Ringo too. I suppose it's debt for a good cause...

Yamashita+sama's figure of Ringo is really beautiful. (plus OhGreat is a crazy manga storyteller) Plus the bag was a part of her first "disguise".

I knew they'd be releasing Haruka one day; definetely on the want-list. Ironic though, as only two days ago I spent my last money (and probably my mom's patience too) by ordering Piece@Pieces Nagi. Still can't believe I actualy found her on ebay for a good price ^-^.

Anyways, if I ever get Haruka, I guess I'll try to get her together with Narika: twin ninja girls on the shelf xD

Normally I recommend avoiding Yamato because their work suck at the end, they might have very nice promo pictures of the product but the final job normally is awful. Don't know if their quality has raised.

god, Jlist is such a ripoff. They charge like $20 over what figures cost at retail. I got an entire box of the Lucky Star Puchi Nendroids from Hobby Search SHIPPED for $75, and there were 2 complete sets in there, and they want $90 for one set. I've had a mixed history with them too. One time I got something broken and so they shipped me another without sending back the one I had, so that was good, and around xmas they ensured that I got my best friend's gifts through EMS on time. But then there have been a few times where I'll order a magazine and not get the extras they advertise on the site that supposedly come with it, or like I ordered a hanko that supposedly takes 2-4 weeks to be made, and it's been like over 2 months now and I still don't have it. Mainly though, my contention is that I don't like being taken for a stupidass, and I can check to see how much nearly everything on J-List's site is elsewhere, and it's nearly always cheaper. And Danny, I know you have ads for them as a sponsor and I hate to decry them, because I like them, I really do (they're the only company on the net that still stocks "up-to-date" snacks), but I've had some bad blood with them.

I would like to get that Ringo figure but she's too ecchi for me and everyone around here will have weird looks at me. That Haruka figure is also nice but I got turned off because she looked sleepy. I hope that changes before they release her.

ringo adds new meaning to the word floss. I would pick Miina over the others, every time I see her I'm reminded of ELO (good band), densha otoko and things that are of the otaku nature.

figures are very expensive when you are also bulding Gunplas ^^ Thinking about getting Haruka and Mina...all these figures will come close between 80-100 CND

Not watching a lot of current anime is certainly help me keep my money in my wallet. I have a feeling if I had seen and enjoyed the series's for these 3 that I would be purchasing them. Lucky for me, Angelic Layer and Fruits Basket no loner have any figures available to buy ^_^

Tough choice between Haruka and Miina, while I'm not sure if I'd get one of those two I chose Haruka because I just love the pose. Hope she doesn't lean though.

I think the Ringo figure looks superb, really nice job by Yamato. Not sure if it would fit in with the rest of my collection though. ;) My favourite Air Gear figure is the Creators' Labo Simca one.

Once I saw your pictures of the Air Gear character I immediately pre-ordered this at Bigbadtoystore.com.

It might be an "ecchi" figure, but the sculpt and quality is something you cannot ignore. Even if her "eyes" and "junk in the trunk" are..... tantilizing.

That's so great that they are doing a new Getsumen ToHeiki Mina figure...but am I the only one who wants to see a mass retail version of her released with her outfit in the original Densha Otoko colors (with the purple gloves and all)?

I really wish that they'd at least do a variant of the figure in those colors...I'd buy that in a heartbeat!

I just pre-ordered Ringo. It's an excellent sculpt, with a very good pose and on a 1/6 scale. On a cost:quality ratio I think I'll get something worth every penny. I won't be embarrassed to display it one bit. I would've pre-ordered Haruka as well, if it weren't for the risky leaning pose.

but then again, kotobukiya is producing a near identical Ringo pvc which is kinda odd in itself, so my chances of at least getting a Ringo figure increase... ._.

but still, kinda strange that kotobukiya and alter are producing so many pvc figures from the same series and characters. Almost seems like a war of figure makers.
