Ah, I'm so disappointed. When I saw the first picture I imagined that what she held in her hand (Yes, the shell) was this invention. I was "Wow~!! How could they miniaturize this?!", but then I scrolled down and was completely disappointed by this "revolutionary product".

What to say? Only idols' fanatics and balloons lovers will find this interesting.

Personally, they should have designed their product a bit better. This "Air Idol" couldn't hug you back (Who loves to hug inflatable plastic anyway?). I'd choose dakimakura instead, as even if you don't care about the picture, it makes a pillow at worst. ^^

They wanted to do some 3D effect... Hence the horrible toes. Might be different in "blown-up" version.

Maybe they should do some 3D idol dakimakura (a pillow with the shape of the idol). NOW that would be revolutionary (and excessively expensive too... Wait, current products are not cheap anyway).

Uh, DRAGUN, I don't think you'd buy that kind of accessory to play "pimp" with. Unless you'd have some strange sense of humor (Well, I wouldn't judge but the idol upon hearing that would surely freeze, freak out and maybe blow you to smithereens. (Still I admit this product doesn't have any uniform color of skin. Somewhat creepy)
As for my avatar, I guess I want to be a ninja sometimes and not to have biased comments (It's the comment that counts most, right?). ;)

Paddyspoint, don't speak of the devil, some would secretly implant valves for... gah! what am I saying! Push "Rewind" button so you forget what I didn't really wanted to say!! *secret laugh*

lostandfound, I hope this idea will get to R&D departments of some otaku products makers. And if there were some form of reward, I'd accept them with a smile (Dream on D_Blade, dream on).
