She does look more like cutey honey, not like the girl on the movie version.

I wonder what happens to the bad guys after they get hit. do they get knocked out with a dumbfounded smile on their face. ^^ tiny red man is right, the bad guys there gets all the fun. ^^

I suppose the only bloody scene people are going to get from this show is the nose bleeding of the audience XD

after watching the idol videos danny provided. i must say i prefer Mikie chan as an idol more. ^^

she looks kinda different from the drama and the idol video.

i'd prefer the movie version :/ , the costume is too plain for my tastes in this version, and the actress looks middle aged................. -_- more point minus

Although seeing Honey as an extremely lighthearted and bubbly character was a bit strange for me, I think Mikie Hara is really cute and does the role well. This first episode was really funny, so I'll be watching the rest.

I loved the movie, I will definitely give this a try. It's nice to have a lighthearted, silly show.

It looks good, but for some reason, I doubt it will be showing on the BS network in Shikoku, will check the newspapers though.

I was actually thinking of reading the manga of Cutey Honey as it is by genious manga Ka Gou Nagai, the same man who created Mazinger Z!! If I see it in the book shop some time Ill pick it up.
