The 3rd figure from the Shuraki Trinity box sets is Shall Luzeman (シャル･ルズマン). It could be Luzman or Luzuman but Good Smile have not published the English spelling of the name anywhere - only the "shall" can be seen in the URL. Could be a good question for me to ask them when I visit their offices in Chiba sometime next week.
I prefer this one over Mishiro Akatsuki and Ryu Mei Feng.
Her frontal garment kinda looks cast-off enabled (wishful thinking ^^;).
No release date or price for this one yet.

I meant what's the story behind Shuraki. If it has awesome charcter designs, It should have an anime if not a manga series for it. My rough guess is that it's an audible (Audio Book / Drama CD) but I don't exactly read Japanese.

It looks amazing on the frontpage pic, but when i see the rest of it on the full size pic, im kinda dissapointed. It looks superb from the waist up, with great design, hair, costume and detailing, but the legs let it down for me. They seem too skinny and long, and her pose looks kinda off balance.

I woulda definately brought this if it was better from the waist down...
