Ryu Mei Feng
The next figure from the Shuraki series of box sets from Goodsmile and Red Entertainment is this gorgeous 1/8 scale figure of Ryu Mei Feng (リウ メイフェン).
Due out this September, I have a feeling that this figure will sell out immediately just like the previous figure box set...
Just like the previous set, there will be a drama CD and illustrations in the box. Am also looking forward to the 3rd box set which looks cast off enabled?! - pictures at Hobby Stock.
Lately, balancing legs are made out of ABS to prevent leaning while the rest of the body is PVC so I'd think that we wouldn't have to worry about leaning on this one. Great pose and facial expression.

being relased in september too???? thats just not right.. should atleast push it to october for us cash poor people that want it and can't afford 2 figures in a month..
I would love to get the whole figure line up but if there all going to be relased like 2 weeks apart.. i'm sorry that i can't afford it.. have to pick and chose.. which the 3rd and last figures really look good to me and hope to get them.. thise one.. unfortunatly since i like the set, will have to pass..

When i saw the first one from this series i immediately put it right at the top of me "to buy" list along with mirei at the top, now this one is going right up there too.
The only problem will be getting ahold of it, when i return from Japan at the very last day of August, i am going to be poor again, so getting money for this may prove difficult, but i shall do what i can.
Also, i have a question, figures like these, if they are really popular and sell out straight away, they will make more batches right? (i sincerely hope its not limited edition)
I want the Mishiro Akatsuki one first, then i shall get this one.

Hm.. not that keen on this one. Its a nice pose, and the cloth & hair is excellently modeled, but the character seems a bit dull and cliched, plus, i dont like green hair much ^^;
Also, it looks quite similar to my BOME isakora (??) figure - yknow, the one with the bow & arrow...
