Virtual Glove

Virtual gloves are old news but NTT Comware recently announced that they have developed a new type of technology called "Tangible-3D" which simulates the feeling of actually grasping objects through sensors in the glove.
I can see how this can generate a lot of money in the eroge business...

The image below shows a tripod on the table with a camera mounted (item 1). In this case its processing images from the guy with his hand stuck out. The image of his hand is displayed on the LCD (item 3).
The guy with the glove reaches out to the hand on the display and can actually feel that he is grasping the other guys hand (item 4+5). The guy with the glove can also feel his hand being tugged or squeezed by the other guy.
