Todays word is "ChiChi Yure"(乳揺れ(ちちゆれ)) (pronounced you-ray). "ChiChi"(乳(ちち)) is another word for "boobs" and "yure"(揺れ(ゆれ)) means wobble, so together it means "boob wobble". A most useful tourist Japanese phrase indeed.
Do a search for the term and you will find lots of stuff on anime, eroge, ero videos etc ^^;
If you are interested in reading about life in Japan, seeing photos taken daily around Tokyo, like Japanese subculture (anime, manga, figures, Dollfies) then you may want to start delving into the Japan or Figure categories for a start or have a gander at all photo articles.

@Powerplay: Fan-translation projects might exist for that type of game (who knows?), but since it is on DS and not PC for example, it won't be much probable for a chance.
Try FAQs (Gamefaqs is my favorite source) for game translations when there is no translation patch for the game.
