Caring and sharing member Quen lists up quite a few links for the health conscious.
Also saw an item from Jacob on Otaku.fm on how hes enhanced the online viewing experience of the doujins - check it out but only for the NSFW.
Nisemidi is probably my fave artist out of this bunch. As for the illustration - Miyuki.

Original text from Quen below.

I keep trying to come up with a list of my favorite providers of health care material / modern Japanese visual artbooks ( ^^;), but since there are so many artists/groups that I truly enjoy I always keep quitting midthought. Some names do keep popping up, mostly artists I've been reading for years and whose new releases make me go googly-eyed until I can get a copy of it. Might as well jot some of them down here for those who may not be too familiar with doujinshi artists and have yet to been introduced to some of these great artists.

I'm pretty familiar with the doujinshi scene, but there might be a handful of good artists I've missed out, so any new names would be welcome!

Here are some of my favorite doujinshi artists, in no particular order. I've only included doujinshi artists since doujin is still the focal point of my Ero hobbies after all these years, but there certainly are a ton of great artists I enjoy in Ero-Manga and Eroges that I left out.
Practically all these guys have entries at http://www.fakku.net , although far from their complete/best works.

Nakayohi Mogudan 「なかよひモグダン」 http://rinrin.saiin.net/~ayanami00/

Loved the full-color Ayanami Gakusei since I first read it years ago, and it's still ongoing! Probably longest running doujin series out there if I'm not mistaken? Massively kyonyuu and voluptuous style, sort of like GUST, but drawn in a more finely elegant style. If he would make even one drawing of Asuka drawn in his style I might die of joy ^^
Only a few of his works @ http://www.fakku.net/manga.php?artist=Nakayohi+Mogudan

Nekomataya 「ねこまたなおみ」 aka: ねこまた屋 http://nekomataya.net/

By far my favorite Naruto hentai, Nekomataya's Sakura is pleasingly busty, although the the 2 Genshiken doujin's depiction of loli Ogiue looks just as good.

http://www.fakku.net/manga.php?search=nekomataya

Gust http://www7a.biglobe.ne.jp/~gust/

Kyonyuu Negima girls! Never seen anything but Negima from this guy, but there's like 20 different ones out there. Must really like Negima. Enjoyably dirty stories with school boy+girls sekkusu club activities are a big plus for me ^^

http://www.fakku.net/manga.php?artist=GUST

Tony Taka aka: T2 aka: T2 Art Works http://www.bekkoame.ne.jp/i/taka_tony/

No intro needed, I'm sure most everyone knows Tony for his doujin/eroge works already. Latest Macross Frontier doujin is a winner for me, plus it has a huge illustration section of girls from random animes that goes on forever.

http://www.fakku.net/manga.php?artist=T2+Art+Works%2C+Tony+Taka

NiseMIDI 「偽MIDI」 aka: Ishikei http://bupo.jp/ishikei/

Aside from Tony, Ishikei's work is probably the best quality doujin art here. Master of drawing super detailed oppai. Simply gorgeous.

Check out Higiira, featuring Kagami! http://www.fakku.net/viewmanga.php?view=1448

St. Rio 「聖リオ」

One of my oldest favorites, St. Rio's artwork is actually rather poor. It's the down-right lewdness and dirtyness of the stories, and an obsession with nakadashi that makes me adore these works. New Sekirei doujins recently came out, although my favorities are still the old Evangelion "Hi-energy" and Love Hina "Love Dasi" books.

http://www.fakku.net/manga.php?artist=St.+Rio

Black Dog 「ぶらっくどっぐ」

Black Dog's been making an endless stream of Sailor Moon doujins since somewhere in the 90s, and I've adored his work since. One of the first doujin-ka I ever learned of, his style has really been honed this decade compared to his older works. Master of train chikan ^^;

Burning Down the House (Sailor Moon) http://www.fakku.net/viewmanga.php?view=2280
Man in the Mirror (Lucky Star) http://www.fakku.net/viewmanga.php?view=2408

Nakayohi Izurumi 「なかよひ」 aka 「いづるみ」 http://www.sippo.jp/nakayohi.html

His Asuka themed A series finished last year with "A-seven", after nearly a decade. I wish it could have gone on a couple more years...
Similar to Mogudan's style but with much skinnier/flatter girls. Being such an Asuka fan, I can't help but gobble up his many Asuka doujins out there, and getting to go to the booth where his stuff was being sold at was the highpoint of my first time to the Comiket in 2003. Ah...

http://www.fakku.net/manga.php?artist=Izurumi

Pic is of Higiira by NiseMIDI, slightly edited by me. Forgive me Ishikei ^^

I really love Suzuhira Hiro's artworks. Next are Carnelian, Kusukusu (Palette), Mikeou (Pink Chuchu/Marmalade), Murakami Suigun, Tasuku Iizuki, Moekibara Fumitake (Lump of Sugar) and Tenmaso (Whirlpool). I think nearly all of them do eroge artwork which is where I find out about them XD

Doujinshi artist I like are Onizuki Aruchu (Udon-ya), Mugenkidou and St Rio. I don't really read that much doujinshi though they usually don't have much of a storyline. Eroge's more my type of thing =P

Never liked Ishikei myself, his faces look to weird, like they all have down syndrome or something... not very sexy IMO (and I really hope the rumor that he's going to take over the art part of the HiMM manga is false...)

Anyway, aside from Tony (who really needs to work on his hands and feet >.>) one of the more well-known artists I really like is Takamichi: Really soft art-style and has roughly the same taste in girls (appearance-wise) as I do, which helps >.>

Naruko Hanaharu is godly too. He (She? I've heard rumors...) is pretty much at the same level as Tony art-wise but doesn't mess up with hands and whatnot =D Not to mention his short-doujins are typically the sweet consensual kind, which is very rare in H and also happens to be the only kind I like...

Lastly there's Happoubi Jin, one of the few H artists out there who isn't afraid of giving his girls some meat. Women aren't supposed to be sticks...

Tukimi Daifuku is the way its spelled on some of his doujins. Nihon-shiki style of romanization makes my eyes bleed tho!
His waterwork activities are a turn-on ( ^^:), and the large plump eyes are quite nice.

Never seen Circle Digital, will look into that

You, sir, has just helped me identify the artists of some of my favorite h-doujins! I am in your debt x_x

Nakayohi Mogudan, Tony Taka, GUST and Ishikei are also my favorite. Adding to the list is Inazuma, the guy who (I think) did "Highschool of the Dead" and many others who I am not familiar with x_x

Great article. Ishikei is a fabulous artist. I admire Mogudan but there is soething strange about the anatomy he draws! Tony Taka, yes. These three are pros though - there are a lot of doujin-only artists who may just produce one book, it pays to keep searching and looking for new stuff!

aside from those i can include the one that made the following:
    Life is Peachy
    Maid Bride
DL Action Series (got an almost complete file of this)

I like using this site: http://doujinshi.mugimugi.org/ to help identify circles to books, or to get a quick lookup on the Japanese title. I know I have some favorite circles, but mind's too fuzzy this late at night to remember a lot of them. I like SION's Zero no Tsukaima books, Tololi, Daitoutaku (occasionally), and definitely Toraya. Oh! and .bolze.

I do remember I dislike Gust. Their books all feel like rehashes with the same poses and the same expressions and body types reused over and over.
