For folks who've been to a maid cafe (have you?) and are bored of just playing junken and being served omrice - how about playing Wii with a maid one on one?
Akiba Today shows us how below.

If you are interested in reading about life in Japan, seeing photos taken daily around Tokyo, like Japanese subculture (anime, manga, figures, Dollfies) then you may want to start delving into the Japan or Figure categories for a start or have a gander at all photo articles.

If you don't have much time now, maybe subscribe to the RSS Feed, Twitter Feed or join the other readers in the FaceBook Page.
Alternatively, you may want to read more about the site.
If you are a regular reader then this message will probably annoy you each time - hide it forever.

Waaaaaahoooooo! She's so cute! It's like looking at an Ultimate weapon!
Topic-wise, I guess it would be nice to play wii on a uber-kawaii maid.

I've been to Akiba a frightening amount of times (lost count). Most times I go I am alone and I speak no Japanese. Thus, sadly, I am too intimidated to go into one.

2D maids are nice, but actually paying someone to dress up as a maid and "serve" you just seems a bit over the top. I can understand maid cafes as they are just cafes with funny waitresses, but this is a bit too much.

    ???Confused???

Having a maid serve you tea and coffee is one thing, but playing wii seems a bit awkward...I mean with friends you can trash talk each other, but with a maid, at least for me, doesn't feel quite right...

I'm pretty sure the maid probably would let you win, sure the girl at TGS on the SEGA booth let me win. Especially as she'd probably been playing all day for the last 2 days. I 'let' her win one too ofc. Ok, I lie, she just pwned me LOL
