Japanese Transport

Maybe I should be taking the bus more often?
Back in London, the train system was terrible - never on time and some times just "never" - meaning that they just don't come due to signal failures or strikes. This is the reason why I always took the buses - more frequent than the trains but still lousy service.
When buses came they always came in threes and the night buses would zoom past a bus stop because they wanted to get home early.
In Tokyo, there are train stations just about everywhere and unless there is heavy rain/snow or a suicide, train times are so accurate that you can set your watch by them.
I hardly take the buses here but should probably learn how to get out n about on them more often as it can be quicker by bus sometimes.
What are buses/trains like in your region? From the looks of this photo, I'm guessing its not Japan - could it be a bus in your neighborhood? Kinda looks like shes not wearing anything and that her clothing is painted on?

Anyone want to join me for tea on this bus?
