Kipi Cosplay
There is a cosplayer community known as Cure and you can find a ton of Kipi's gorgeous pics ( including Haruhi, Chobits ) in her member profile (you need to register to see them though).
Kipi does appearances all the time and will be in Toshimaen tomorrow and Sunday for a JCF (Japan Cosplay Festival) event. I cant go this weekend but I will get her on camera one day - just like I will get Aya Hirano. Theres always a way when you are passionate about something ^-^.
If you are interested in reading about life in Japan, seeing photos taken daily around Tokyo, like Japanese subculture (anime, manga, figures, Dollfies) then you may want to start delving into the Japan or Figure categories for a start or have a gander at all photo articles.

Have to agree with Omni. Cosplay is a hit and miss thing. I am aware of my limits. Crossplaying is definitely something I'd have trouble being comfortable with. Anyway, Kipi-san really makes cosplay look good. What? You expect me to say something witty?
