In the Aichi prefecture, a policeman aged 40 is currently being questioned as to why he decided to expose is dolphin in front of a supermarket - he was reported after being seen by a lady in the area.
His superiors say that after they find out more about his motives, he will be given tough disciplinary action.
What would you do if you saw somebody exposing his dolphin in public - or have you seen one?
