The jolly hay fever season is upon us right now and Japanese citizens are dropping like flies (including me) from the amount of pollen lurking in the air. People are starting to spend their annual 20,000 yen on hay fever related products which include liquid that you pour into your nose and spit out from yer mouth.
Hay fever sufferers can now spend their hard earned cash (2,480 yen to be precise) on more coolsome hay fever products like this USB Sukkiri Mask. Sukkiri (すっきり) means "to feel refreshed" and this USB mask will help channel air into the surgical mask that many people wear all day long.
If you have some portable USB power then you could also wear this in public. Maybe I should do the same in preparation for Vader in Tokyo...
Images from Mycom and discovered on Japan Sugoi.

If you are interested in reading about life in Japan, seeing photos taken daily around Tokyo, like Japanese subculture (anime, manga, figures, Dollfies) then you may want to start delving into the Japan or Figure categories for a start or have a gander at all photo articles.

If you don't have much time now, maybe subscribe to the RSS Feed, Twitter Feed or join the other readers in the FaceBook Page.
Alternatively, you may want to read more about the site.

It's a great idea but I think they need to wait on the technology. I would probably do the liquid in the nose and out your mouth before I would try that though! XD

I guess it's about enjoying life even when ill!
I wonder how much this gadget costs.
And no thanks by the way.

Note: Talking about the liquid in the nose, I did that a number of times in my life when I had a cold and it works well. Not painful at all.
(On the inverse, getting water in the trachea then the rest of the respiratory canal is something you would rather avoid, because you feel like having your lungs on fire...!!)

"Crotch guard cooler" - haha! Nice one.

Looks pretty cool, though having a cable on something like that is a bit limiting. Youd have to drag your PC around with you on a trolley!
