Video Glass Media Player

Q:Do you get strange looks from fellow humans who stare at you when you watch hentai anime or ecchi 2D pics when on the train on your PSP or iPod?
Q2:Do you always wish to have a 50 inch wide monitor to watch hentai anime or ero pics of 2D girls at home but just dont have the space?

If the answer is "SIR YES SIR YESSS!" then these "Video Glass Media Player" from Thanko may interest you.
Stick in an SD card filled with mp3 (ero voices), AVI or Jpegs and you will not only be able to view in privacy but a 50 inch screen will appear right before your very mince pies.

It could be so realistic that you forget that you are on public transport so you may need to practice to keep your hands from wandering while having your morning visual ero dose.

The unit weighs 100g and costs 34,800 yen. You can also attach your game console to it too via the AV cables.

Anybody in need for a pair of these?

Once again they are nothing more than a "gimmick" at QVGA 432 x 240 resolution they are really nothing more than toys. I wish some one would release a serious set of something similar. They are also only analog input?? I'm having a party the day they come out with a decent resolution and digital inputs! *sigh*

I'd like to try those, but I don't have much faith.

Remember all those "watch in a well lit room" recommendations at the start of animes?
    There's a reason to them.

If this has a decent resolution and contrast, using a screen this close to your eyes will definitely put too much strain on them.

It might not damage your vision permanently, but it's probable that this will give you lots of eye strain and even headaches/nausea.

Anyways, I'd like something as portable as this, but not to use in public... mainly to play and watch stuff in bed.

But glasses wouldn't do it. I'm trying to find a way to attach my laptop some meters above my head.

I already watch stuff with my PSP, the smallish screen size sometimes bothers me.

Now the hikkikomen don't have to fear of going outside, they can live in the virtual world by donning the glasses and interact with outside environments (Given that a program on the glasses can transform the outside environment onto the glasses and make them 2D).
