Not sure if we've talked about this subject yet - which anime has the nicest girls?
The ones that immediately spring to mind for me are Minami-ke, Strike Witches, Shana, Sky Girls, Haruhi and Clannad. I know I'm missing others though ^^;

My favourites were the Clannad, Kanon, Ichigo 100%, Sola and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei girls. Zetsubou Sensei had a great harem in my opinion~

    zomg how could I forget Negima? The girls are all appealing but then they don't have quite the same quirkiness as Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei which is probably a good thing.

Ichigo 100%, Suzuka, original Da Capo, Fate/Stay Night, Fortune Arterial, Little Busters! Exstasy.

I'm not a big fan of the cuter style drawings. I really like the emphasis on dark shading and hair that's really detailed in manga, particularly the style in Ichigo and Suzuka mangas. I've never been a big fan of the artwork from KEY, but Little Busters had an artist from a different company work on it, so I've felt like the art style is less typical of the mystical eyes seen in previous Key works.

Setting aside Ever 17 (which isn't an anime, but still has the best single character ever in any fictional story - Tsugumi) I'd go with Negima: Lots of girls, and all of them kick ass in one way or another.

Right now, my favorite anime girls are Kallen and C.C. from Code Geass, Yoko from Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann, Lala and Yami-chan from To Love Ru, Nanoha and Fate from Nanoha series & Sheryl from Macross Frontier. So far above girls are what spring to my mind right now.

I'm little confused though. When Danny said 'the nicest girls', he meant like generally beautiful girls or literally meant nice(gentle) @_@?

Some of u forgot that this isn't a discussion about favorite girls, it's about the anime where all girls are NICE!
So far there aren't that many.. there always is someone that i disliked... But Fate/stay Night doesn't(They all have reasons to be a lil bit cruel, so it's ok). Ichigo 100% and Love Hina also. And ofc, the ones that already have been mentioned...
There are some anime that I didn't really like, but they did have nice girls.. Hikaru no GO, for example. Prince of Tennis(doesn't really attract attention with girls, but, i'm pretty sure they were all nice)
The list is long and it's hard to remember every anime and every episode to make sure, but it kinda brings back memories of them. A very nice feeling. Did you ask such a question on purpose, Danny? :DD

As far as character art? Fate Stay/Night, Clannad, Bleach, School Rumble are the better examples. I would say Love Hina and Negima, but that's really just the manga for me, since the anime art style (and characterizations for that matter) are quite different.

Kamichu has a fantastic cast. Azumanga Daioh of Yostuba are great as well. Even though its not a moe series, and is instead a martial arts series, Kaoru and Misao from Rurouni Kenshin are a couple of my favourite girls.

Yotsuba is my waifu though.
