Two Years Difference

Some great change I see here!
Would like to see more and will post some of my "before and after" workspace photos soon.

Original text from Alfisti below.

Been meaning to upload this here for a couple of months now. You can probably tell by the calender setting.

Anyway, my work/recreation/study/near on everything else corner. The top image was taken two years back, and the bottom is pretty much the current configuration (minus a new external HDD and some more merch I picked up).

Two years of changing interests, amazing what it can do.

If you are interested in reading about life in Japan, seeing photos taken daily around Tokyo, like Japanese subculture (anime, manga, figures, Dollfies) then you may want to start delving into the Japan or Figure categories for a start or have a gander at all photo articles.

If you don't have much time now, maybe subscribe to the RSS Feed, Twitter Feed or join the other readers in the FaceBook Page.
Alternatively, you may want to read more about the site.
If you are a regular reader then this message will probably annoy you each time - hide it forever.

This item was posted in the Japan category. You can see more of everything else or subscribe via RSS instead.

You've a good eye there... it is the same DVD player, got a new black one in there as well. Yeah, the screen's turned off, I had the lights in that end of the room turned off at the time to better pick up the shelf lighting and the screen kept blowing out the lighting.

Yeah. I was fortunate enough to be in Paris for the 2001 airshow, so picked up a bunch of posters from the trade stands.

And a good language it is :D

judging from all those books, you were obviously a studious person. my guess is, you have graduated and have more space for your figurines and that awesome lighting
you also seem to be a meticulous person when it comes to your stuff, as opposed to those heaps of homework lying around... kinda like how i treat my assignments too hurhur

Not so much studious as having broad interests. Books on the right are design books and help with my uni course as well as general interest. The rest are manga, novels and car stuff :D
Pretty meticulous these days, keeping the desk tidy makes working so much easier, though come the final late night rush for assignments the desk still gets littered with sketches, mind-maps, concepts and all sorts of other stuff I'm madly trying to dump into photoshop.

There are indeed. Lets face it: pinkys are pretty awesome to begin with, pinkys designed by Range doubly so...

The black desk with the blue glow touches me as bit 1337 in a way. It's cleaner and organized how I would want my space to be though I would want one huge area for drawing

There's actually quite a large amount of desk off to the right of the computuer. We made the top extra deep so I could get an A2 drawing pad on there :D That said, most of my drawing happens on the computer and wacom these days anyway.

At least being tidy, you don't have to clear space when you want to draw.
