Your Bag

We've done the "Your Room", "Your Desktop" and before we move onto "Your GF/BF" its time to do the "Your Bag" - post em using the uploader.
But I thought I should be explicit just in case - bags that you normally carry around and not any bags attached to your body.

I personally dislike carrying around bags and usually just wear the pouch that you see in the photo - its got two hooks that latch onto the belt loops around me trousers. In it I usually have the iPod touch, business card holder and mobile phone.

I took this photo when I got back from the Chara Hobby. Only would bring the bag about when I need to carry the SLR or MacBook Pro.

And I do try to carry around a figure with me - figma or nendoroid. The iPod touch is great for when I'm out n about stuck somewhere. Its currently stocked full of gurenn lagann, clannad, sky girls and nogizaka haruka which I still need to catch up on ^^;
I also use the notepad to write posts from time to time.

So lets see the goodies and gadgets in your bag - tag posts with "yourbag"

If you are interested in reading about life in Japan, seeing photos taken daily around Tokyo, like Japanese subculture (anime, manga, figures, Dollfies) then you may want to start delving into the Japan or Figure categories for a start or have a gander at all photo articles.

If you don't have much time now, maybe subscribe to the RSS Feed, Twitter Feed or join the other readers in the FaceBook Page.
Alternatively, you may want to read more about the site.
If you are a regular reader then this message will probably annoy you each time - hide it forever.

This item was posted in the Japan category. You can see more of everything else or subscribe via RSS instead.

    Yeah... I don't like carrying bags around too, but I find it even worse to have too many stuff in my pockets (and less secure too), so I ended up buying a pretty expensive though very light backpack to carry my stuff around.

    But I usually don't carry otaku/anime related stuff. Figures are too expensive to carry around. It's also a thief magnet carrying stuff like PSP/DS/MP4 player...

    So it's usually my wallet, cellphone, some magazine... and swimming stuff when I have classes.

    I'd probably carry more stuff around if I lived in Japan, since I'd feel more safe in doing so.

    Oh, I also have another backpack for when I have to take my lappie outside. It's kinda heavy, but has lots of pads to prevent accidents...

    i like to walk without holding any bags or any stuff whatsoever. another reason is carrying a bag is troublesonme in the overcrowded trains here. there is always a possibility of losing one's bag in the mad rush for the commuter trains.

    I like backpacks but decided to try messenger bags and I love them. I could post a picture of mine, but you won't find anything too interesting in there- actually I will post a picture of a friends- he got a Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers messenger bag that is much more interesting. I have a pouch (for loose pens), a TI-89, a TI-30, a textbook, a binder (or two, depending on the class(es) and loose paper along with engineering drawings- typical for an engineer.

    As for bags, I've yet to get one for my camera, but otherwise purposely carry things on my person only recently, in the long-term sense. My philosophy of carrying gear also leans towards "everyday carry." Unless you have a hobby or occupation that requires a bag, it's easier to make do with less items that require one. It's something you can do to counteract the technological overload of the times.

    I have a few keychains on it. 2 from Sakura Taisen/Wars and a Puchiko keychain inside the smaller pouch. And also a CD player... that's right CD PLAYER! Sometimes a DS as well.

    The only bag I carry around often is my backpack and that contains nothing interesting: books, pens, pencils, erasers, calculator, notebooks-the usual and my keys. Oh yeah-the occasional manga too.

    Sorry, I don't carry around or have a man purse. ^_^;

    I kid... I don't have a bag I carry around (school bag or work bag doesn't count). I have everything I need in my car, which pretty much is with me at all times because you have to drive to get anywhere in California.

    I don't really carry a bag much anymore since I don't get out that often. I used to live out of a bag though.
