Federation VS ZAFT

Finally got my copy of the recently released "Gundam Seed Destiny Federation vs Zaft II Plus" - quite a mouthful for a game title.
Looks pretty much the same as the arcade version with missions and extra mobile suits thrown in for good measure.
I've only played it a few times and have been using my fave Seed MS (Destiny). Maybe its because I've just been playing the arcade mode but felt that there wasn't enough variety in attack moves.
The game play graphics are smooth and the mobile suits look decent but after getting used to playing around with my PS3, the graphics kinda look bad - a bit like comparing PS1 graphics with the PS2.

The game play is decent with music from the anime which should put you in the "Seed" mood and you can watch the trailer at YouTube and find other movies of the game at the official site. The files are WMV but Mac users can rejoice as VideoLan have released a new version of VLC that supports WMV.

I like games where you can kick or shoot somebody or be up to speeds of 300MPH within 2 minutes of turning on a games machine - this game falls into that category. Zelda for the Wii however does not fall into that category and I'm still riding the horse trying to chase sheep into the barn ^^;

    It is a good game to say. Strike Noir is probably one of the best MS in the wntire game, rapidfiring beam pistols are great and you can split-target with them.

    Ive played the first one before, these games whoop the pants off of the Gundam VS series over here, with the sheer SPEEDs at which the fights take place. Sure wish theyd bring this over here....

    this is the BEST fighting genre for gundam I think.
    As for strategy their latest game Spirit, already have a place deep inside my heart..

    Their newest fighting game Gundam vs Gundam will make an UC series vs Alternate universe series. Hope that a lot of MS will be there.

    Currently hoping that they will make it for PS2.
