Never got round to really watching the anime but do like this figure by Orchid Seed.
This 1/7 scale figure of Sun Seto will be out November and retail for 7,400 yen - pre-orders have already started.

I wanted to look at this series. Cute figure. Strange square eyes though.... And a square fringe(bangs if you dont know what a fringe is) I like her pose too. And the Mermaid alteration is very cute.

Anime is great, this figure... not so much. Aside from the ankle (which probably won't make the release version), I think it's the lack of detail in the front hair that kills the figure for me.

I agree about her hair. It looks like the sculptor put more work into the back of her hair than the front, which makes no sense--you're going to be wanting to look at the front of the figure way more than the back, so why not make that the priority? :/ Also, the join where the mermaid tail fits onto her hips looks very strange to me.

The only argument I can think of for not putting detail in the front hair is probably because it's in keeping with her appearance in the anime. But still, meh.

Ugh, I hated this Anime. The first two episodes were great, but it got too over the top and nonsensical after that. Had to stop watch at episode 13. It's too bad: the OP and ED were both quite good. The running gag about Mermaid honor (a bit of Japanese wordplay) was also enjoyable.
That said, I agree with the Nendo suggestion: Seto Sun looks really cute chibified.

I watched the anime and loved it! It's a pretty funny anime so people who want to watch something entertaining should start watching the anime.
The ankles look weird but overall this figure is very nice. Would love to buy this if only I had the means to buy one T_T
