Looks like things are slowly getting back to normal in Akiba. The boards that say "no more hokousha tengoku" (pedestrianized Sundays) are now gone and girls who are wiling to let you take pics of their oppai are out n about.
Long live Akiba.

Yep ^^. Figured soon things would stabilize- all the whannabe's and real folks with issues seem to be visiting a doctor regarding them instead of traveling to Akiba.

  Either Mrs Wide Open or this oppai lady here, I guess that a bit more subtle "shows" would actually be more preferable rather than showing your gifts so openly like that. ^_^; I mean, wouldn't for example a maid showing their pantsu shyly be more charming than plain flesh "shows"??

When I was at Akiba this past Saturday, it was packed with people and salespersons. I did still find the shrine to the victims of the stabbing, but a lot smaller. I also saw a ton of lines for buying books, electronics or visit maid cafes. I only stayed for a few hours, while my pals stayed for pretty much the entire day.
