Many Japanese folks have permanent operations to have double eyelids but this cheap product called eye talk costs only 892 yen. See how to use the product below.

Apparently these have been around for a while but its the first time I've heard of them.
Question 1: Would you do this to your eyes?
Question 2: Which set of eyes do you prefer - before or after using the product?
