Destiny Gundam mods

I think its safe to say that one of the most distinguishing features of Destiny Gundam are the red "jester" marks under its eyes. As you can see from this shot, Bandai came up with a pathetic attempt - see the slits under the eyes. I was looking forward to this release a lot and while the rest of the figure is nicely done, the eye marks were a right boo boo.
luckily, I just happened to have a scalpel, red paint, cotton buds and a fine brush handy...

Now this is what you do if you are displeased about the eye marks too. Use the scalpel to make larger slits - refer to the anime shots or look at the HCM Pro version. I buggered up on my first attempt where I should have made two clean slits instead of carving off slices.

Take a very fine brush and paint the new marks.

Use a cotton bud dipped in thinner to clean away excess paint.
