Gundam Alex

War in the Pocket was the only Gundam series where I cried at the end! The series was short and I feel that there wasn't enough mecha action but the human story around this series really gave me that tingling feeling.
RX-78NT-1 Alex is the Gundam that the story revolves around which we dont get to see too much of. The GFF version is a good representation but be prepared for typical GFF properties - the left leg falls off easily and so does the leg armor. This can be fixed using the fixing loose joints though.
By the way, fixed the undesired behavior of the RSS feed refreshing every time there was a new comment - sorry about that.
