Ikkitousen
As reported by Monpuchi, These Wonder Festival exclusive kits of Kano Uncho and Ryofu Housen are being released this July as completed painted figures. As you can see from Monpuchi's site these figures are showing a tad more than the usual which could be the reason why they are going to cost an arm and a torso at 12,800 yen each.
Griffons site shows what the kit versions look like and the painted versions should look pretty much the same (the price you see on Griffons site is for the unpainted kit version).
