OK! Here is a better attempt to get a MP4 file into a flash movie.
This time I used Sorenson Squeeze 4 Compression Suite to compress the MP4 file and add a music track. The result is a 11MB FLA file. I then exported the FLA file into Flash, linked the MediaController and MediaDisplay components and added a few objects of my own to come up with this - not bad huh? This attempt is much better than what I had before where I tried using SwishVideo - the result of that was a 15MB file with no sound.
This clip was taken a few weeks before we left Seattle - we spent a weekend with our good friends at Cannon Beach in Oregon - a few hundred miles south of Seattle.
