Garbage Murder

Being a landlord in Japan can cost you your life in Japan.
A man of 72 collected a ton of garbage that he stored outside his apartment. As you can imagine, the landlord was pretty upset not only about the garbage but because of the unpaid rent.
The landlord asked the man to leave the apartment but was instead stabbed to death.

The strangest neighbor I've had is probably the one next door. She keeps complaining about smells of all sorts. Do you have/had any strange neighbors?
