Spinzaku Police

While Japanese police maybe useless with their guns (as you saw from the Akiba stabbings), they are *very* good with their feet...

A man aged 68 ran into a hospital and started to scream for the doctor who operated on him saying that he was unhappy with the results.
After 10 mins, he scattered paraffin on the floor and threatened to set fire to the place. By this time, the police had already arrived.
The man decided to set the fire and threw his lit lighter to the floor. One of the police officers managed to *kick* away the lighter in mid air preventing what could have been a very nasty fire.
