This Yamashita Shunya illustrated figure called "Nose Art Girl" will be available this September and retail for 7,140 yen by a company called Runa which I've never heard of.
The sculpt looks nice but the eyes a bit too slanted?

"Nose art" refering to the paint in the nose of fighter planes, I supposse. Really cool!

Not sure what Danny was talking about eyes either...which one? They look fine to me.

I like the color of her hair, and it is a nice sculpt. I really want to get some figures, but I just can't get over the idea of spending 40-80 dollars on something like that.

That's an interesting way of thinking about it lol. I do know that if Good Smile Company or Max Factory did Akari from ARIA it'd become my first figure purchase EASILY. They did Alicia.

this is a case of where 2D wins over 3D. the original artwork is more pleasing to the eye than this figure. or maybe its just the angle. definitely something off about her "real" eyes

Very cute! The concept is really neat. Oh, and I actually like the slant in her _actual_eyes. I may think about getting this if it shows up on Play-Asia.

This particular "Nose Art Girl" figure doesn't look great compared with other renditions of Yamashita Shunya's illustrated figures. Pity.

I only know Run'A did release a lot of trading figures, but never knew they will release PVC too.

I've bought a Doraemon trading figure but not yet open the box. I don't know how's their toys' quality but I saw from a review that the painting quality of the Doraemon trading figure not really good.

I like this figure. Sexy tough girls are cool. A sexy chick wielding a samurai sword in a cute top and panties is cool. A sexy chick wearing the same and lugging around a 60 cal is awesome.
