Finally eroge for the PS3! Cleverly disguised as an RPG, Tears To Tiara has scenes like this which immediately gives it away. Will be released on July 17th and actually looks quite good as you can see from the clip below.

I'm guessing this was the original, http://leaf.aquaplus.jp/product/ttt/ (?) and this is remake/rewrite. I play quite a bit of eroge, but for some reason leaf/aquaplus stuff has never really manage to catch my interest as much...I blame nitroplus. lol

Looking at the battle system, I don't think this is a game I'd enjoy..
BTW- I see in the trailer, towards the ending they say, "RPG + AVG". I'm not sure about this, but I guess AVG = adult video game?

I got ahold of the original 'Tears to Tiara' awhile ago not knowing it was an H-AVG-RPG. Not a fan of the combat system as it was really, really slow, but the characters were kind interesting.
The PC version wasn't turn-based, it was a slow real-time system that was incredibly annoying. Sometimes the CPU would take over your characters and send them into the heart of a hopeless battle.
Never saw anything adult in the game, but I only spent a few hours with it in total.

It looks like a pretty decent break into the mainstream console market for Aquaplus to me.
So the AVG word holds the meaning of eroge?
Well at least this one uses pretty good HD 3D visuals, I just don't get why Disgaea 3 need to be on PS3.

Dunno if there are still people reading about this... but instead of making a completely new post, I thought that it would be best to make a reply here.
It seems it's not gonna be an eroge after all.
The game already exists for the PC... the PC version is called Tears to Tiara, and the future PS3 version is called Tears to Tiara: Kakan no Daichi.
