In a Tenga marketing event, two men were using Tenga to see how much they could care - one of them managing the 8 hours 40 min.

Yes, the usual limiting factor would be the tired and cramped hands, but with tenga I should think it's about the endurance and self-control (of your sphincter lol).
My longest was about half an hour, using nothing but movement, no visuals, no memory whatsoever. Sweet success, but it was rather dry.
