Akiba Guided Tour

Some gaijin maids (?) gothloli (?) spotted by Akibaos at Akiba.
I've seen many ads for guided tours in Akiba and Akibaos posted the video below showing an example of the places they take you. When you go to Akiba for the first time, would you consider taking one of these tours or wander around on your own?
