It really all depends on whether they have knobbly knees, or hairy legs. But sometimes, they can look extremely sexy on the odd few women.
Mostly I'd have to say without, with the odd exception.

Leggings for me. Tights look and feel more uncomfortable and remind me of horrible ballet classes when i was a kid.

Bare legs are nice because you get to feel a breeze a lot better.

I dun really mind either way...it really just depends on how they wear it. Sometimes girls in stockings are just disgustingly tacky or overdone. It the overall image that really counts
