Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun [となりの怪物くん] (The Monster Seated Next to Me) is a new romantic comedy being produced by Brains Base (Durarara!!, Natsume’s Book of Friends) and directed by Kaburagi Hiro [鏑木ひろ] (Kimi ni Todoke). It is based on the manga of the same name.
Mizutani Shizuki, a girl who only cares about getting the best grades, accidentally makes Yoshida Haru believe they are friends when she delivers lesson notes to him. As Shizuki and Haru’s relationship develops, Haru’s troublesome personality and friend-making antics cause trouble for the both of them.
