Just gorgeous - Tsumugi Kotobuki figure by Max Factory snapped at the Wonfes last Sunday. Want.
The blue sign says "Kanshu-chu" [監修中] (Supervision) which means that the prototype design is in the process of being approved by TBS. TBS may come back and say "the skirt is too high" or "the color of her eyes are wrong" and so on.

Kanshu is one of the reasons why releases take a long time for a figure to be released. Not only figures under go kanshu but also products like the ones Cospa produce like T-shirts, dakimakura and wot not.
