Japan Breast Pudding

You've seen the Niigata version and here is the Akihabara version - "Oppai Purin" (Breast Pudding) being offered to you by a cutesome blushing maid.
Comes with some caramel sauce for those of you who like to eat yer wobblies while they are slippery.
Also comes with a spoon for those of you who like to tease your food before om nom noming.
