Some of these comments disappoint me a bit. Danny isn't going to waste his time hiring unqualified people for a company he built. It's rather offensive to question Elly's abilities and her role at Mirai.

Acting in cowardice, Danny banned my previous account and removed (censored to be more accurate) all of my posts for spilling out the truth, as I am very familiar with the Infrastructure Strategist job duties. So that can be confirmed that something shady IS really going on within his company. Here is my take on what might have happened, but let me tell you that I'm not a psychic or anything. I can read Japanese very well, so I know exactly what Elly wrote in her blog posts. I am still hoping that both Danny and Elly are joking about the IS position or at the very least, Elly rescind the IS position. Anyway:

Elly was probably not happy with her idol career (understandably so because you can't be an idol forever), so Danny and Elly somehow strung in a conversation regarding her change in career path. Danny probably quipped to Elly about taking on the IT career path (like Danny did --- though Danny was able to expand his horizons a lot more because of his parent's wealth). Elly actually considered it, to Danny's surprise. Then I guess Elly was given a week or so to think about it. And then she finally decided to go for it --- I think the kicker is Danny promised Elly that the position is guaranteed to be stable in the long-term. I'm pretty sure his wife must be disappointed about the impromptu decision.

In order to become an Infrastructure Strategist, the person must have strong knowledge in ECONOMICS (macro and micro levels), INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, COMPUTER NETWORKING, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, and some other complementary skills like math, communication and interpersonal skills. You need like 4-5 years of schooling AND then on top of that, at least 3-5 years of work experience. Needless to say, Elly stole the job position from the future prospects and in theory Danny can be criminally charged for improper hiring practices. I also would like to know about the salaries of the other employees. I don't think they are paid a lot. There are a lot of sketchy workers from the UK in my country, and their salary isn't really spectacular for their IT work.

Danny, you can't expect me to believe that you are a really good person in heart. As a co-ordinator (pun - luckily making good money out of it), I'm built to read people's souls and take advantage of their weaknesses. It's too bad a lot of the fans here are completely disillusioned by your charisma and your ambitions. Sorry, but I'm not the fish.
